Kikoi (also known as kikoy) is a traditional hand-woven pure cotton fabric originating from the coast of Kenya, noted for their vibrant striped colours. End are twisted into tassels. Can be worn in a multitude of ways, as a sarong, pareo, wrap, baby wrap, at the beach, shawl, scarf to name a few. The Roho Kikoi Towel with kikoi on one side and towelling on the other is also available.
